Kayak/SUP recommendations

I want to put a 17' touring kayak and an 11' SUP board on my 2015 4Runner (without scratching it!). Both are lightweight (less than 100 lbs for both), but I obviously want them secure and I don't want to spend a ton of money. I noted in reading other posts that the rear spoiler might be an issue. At minimum, I need towers and crossbars. Does anyone have recommendations? Or cautions for things that did not work?
