Hello all, and thanks for all the active and past contributors to this site... I have referenced info and write-ups here time and time again throughout ownership of my '07 Sport 4WD V6, and figured now that I have space, tools, time and money for the build I promised myself way back when - that I should finally make an account and get a'postin'.
Based out of PNW and currently garaging / building in Western WA.
Will do a full build thread [once I am allowed to, and have reached my post limit through sensibly responding vs. mindlessly spamming ;)] but currently this is where I sit on my T4R:
Installed:
-
Front & Rear Bilstein 5100's
-
Rear OME Coils Heavy Duty (2896) - went oversize for anticipated rear bumper, camping / recovery gear, and stupidly heavy dual 12" sub enclosure w/ 1300W amp
- SPC Upper Control Arm's
-
Front ARB Bumper (bear/moose/subaru diverter)
-
Rear PowerStop discs and ceramic pads
Purchasing Soon:
-
Front OME Springs (2886) - for 'v8 with added weight'. Yes, I have V6 - but also a stupid-heavy front bumper, home to heavy winch, heavy steel cable, and heavy hi-lift so I really don't want any weaker unless there is a specific bad experience someone wants to share. I never want my front end sagging, again. EVER!!!!

-
BFG T/A KO2 285/70/17 tires (x5)
-
-12 offset, -4.5" backspace 17" off-road wheels for above (unless I find through research and asking around that stock wheels are fine... I'm currently worried about offset though. No real reason, other than I don't really know what I'm doing)
-
Front PowerStop Truck/Towing Brakes & ceramic pads
Want to Get in 2021:
- Fancy Bump Stops
- Hi-Clearance Rear Bumper w/ mounts for LED's, shackles and a stout 2" receiver
-
Rear OME Nitrocharger Sport Shocks (#60005) - to get a bit more rear axle flex in those times where I'm set on doing some stupid shit.
So, my questions to you amazing peoples:
1. What should I change / not do that I listed?
2. What am I missing that I should do?
3. Where should I get sliders? ;p
