Just wanted to say hello!

I've always wanted a 4runner and I finally have one on the way... 2021 4runner Venture.

I'm looking to learn more about the most current generation of the 4runner and what people are doing with them. I have some specific newbie questions so maybe I can get those answered.

Classic Silver Metallic is a great color... looks good clean or dirty. Doesn't pop when clean like the dark grey or black. But also doesnt look like crap when dirty. It was between the white and silver for me. Silver won because I had a white one for 14 yrs and the paint is a single stage vs multi stage with the silver. My white paint was chalky and coming off the hood.

Hey guys I just have a quick question... I'm about to buy my first 4runner, we're going to order a TRD Pro... does anyone have any idea on when the cut off is for 2021? Is it typically right before the next model launch or a month before? I'm just wondering how quickly I need to put my order in to still get a 21 before it switches over to 2022. The reason is that we need the truck before Thanksgiving, otherwise I'd wait on the 22

2003 sr5 v8
Will here. Wanted another vehicle so after looking for a while I just bought my second 4runner which is a 2003 SR5 sport V8 (got it because it was the V8, because it was in mint condition and also a good deal, but unfortunately only 2WD). Looking forward to learning from the forum and also hopefully contributing.

I'm not sure but at least where I am, I couldn't even get a Pro. I guess because of the high demand and the chip issue recently?
