I bought a 95 4runner a few months ago for my first car. Unfortunately it has a plethora of electrical issuse. It was by a fire and the rear right door is basically FUBAR. It seems as though the mechanism is melted but the door in itself looks fine. I hope here I'll be able to get some guidance on the best way to approach this. It's a great vehicle and runs fine, but it has power windows that are currently inoperable. The page has already given me hope as to what my car can be!

Welcome to my fellow newbs. My name is Danny, and I've been browsing this site for info on performing a small spacer lift kit to my stock 2008 SR5 4wd V-6 with 75k miles. To say the least my brain is spinning from all the amazing information from the experienced members. Here is a picture of my starting point. Pic take 12-5-2016

Hi, everyone! New member (long time lurker) from Austin, TX here.

I picked up a new metallic gray 2016 SR5 Premium back in January of last year. Learned a lot from the board thus far!

4runner fanatic

Hi

New to forum communication.

I have a 1997 4x4 limited w diff lock. The truck was wrecked and currently in my driveway. Anyway, my plan was to purchase a clean 2002 T4R 2x2 and transfer my 4x4 system into the newer model. The main reason why are 1. The used 2x2 models are much more clean, less expensive and more styles available. 2. I found The model i am looking for is a super clean red limited 2002 with all the right options except it's a 2x2. I can get it for 6k. If i can find anything comparable the 4x4 models are 10k plus. a savings of over $4000.

Can i use the parts from my 1997 T4R 4x4 and transfer over the 4x4 system to the new 2002 Toyota 4runner 2x2? So i can have clean 2002 T4R 4X4. What are my time and cost estimates?

New guy

Hey fellas, finally signed up. Lurked around here and there but now wanting to build up the 99. Sweet being able to watch guys build up there 4runners and find out what people run and how it rides/ proforms. Can't wait to get started on my build. New to Cali as well. Moved for Washington this summer to the Fresno area. Trying to scout out the area but new friends will definitely speed up the process. Currently running 99 talls with 265 irock nd's and e locker. looking to dump a few grand in the runner in the next couple months. Guess its time to start crunchin numbers and figure out how i wanna go about this build. Liking the ss 1.2a. Will be dd/ weekend warrior so freeway driving must still be legit. Opinions.....

Hey, it's nice to finally be able to comment on threads, enjoyed reading about other people's builds and seeing that other people have the same issues I had. Can't wait to actually put in on the conversations

4r te 2016

HI guys! I am new to the forum.
Just got my new TE a week a go.
Quick question, I am planning to get a rock star 2 wheels with -12 offset 9 inch
and will put 275/70/17 BF KO2 tires.
Will I have rubbing issues with the said set up?
Thanks!

Smile From FJ to 4Runner

Gave up my FJ that I had for almost 6 years and picked up a 2016 4Runner Trail Premium in Nautical Blue. Loving it so far

Hey , I'm new here . Just got a 2007 Toyota 4 runner , which I love! It's sports edition. Only thing is it has bad radio in it. How hard is it to replace and any suggestions on kind? I also bough a new key fob to program and 3 extra keys to have cut. Saw instructions on here for fob , so going to try that . Also is original key has chip my local ace hardware can cut it. Or a locksmith. Just FYI, I bought a key fob and 3 uncut keys offline from wish.com for less than $20. Took 3-4 weeks to get in ,but for the price I waited .

Can anyone help

I am new to this forum and have already learned a lot today from it.

I have a 2015 White 4Runner and I am looking for a bolt on tube light bar like the ones that used to be made by Defiant. Hopefully I can get enough posts soon enough to post some pictures of what I am talking about.

I am also kind of OCD about my 4Runner and detail it constantly. Maybe I can help you guys out with anything I have learned along the way in that regards.

Any help with the light bar would be very much appreciated. I have looked everywhere I can think of and nobody seems to sell a bolt on for 2015s.

Best Wishes!
