Thanks! I'm a 15 year commercial flooring installer..translation, I have no idea what I'm doing. For all new members, you can say hi here, please dont litter other threadsa but, this is my primary ride, so I'm going hard on it. Just want to say Hi, My name is Nick M. I bought my MGM 2016 SR5 4x4 7.2.2017. So far just installed TRD skid plate. Looking forward to meeting some of you and thank you for all the help so far!

Hey guys was just forced to part ways with my 3rd gen trdor taco after realizing my daughter and new born son really didnt fit well in the back, but its all good gave me a reason to get a trdor T4r. Im long time offroad enthusiast and have worked in the offroad industry for 5 years. Here's a couple pics of my rigs over the years starting with the new untouched runner. now its time to off these wheels,tires and steps and get to work on this new toy.

Hey all, names Jon. I am a mechanic and construction worker by trade and love my 4runners. I have had 4 of them here in San Diego where I'm from in California. Love the way they are built and love building them. This is my 3rd 97 Limited I have now. I picked her up a month ago and she had a bad headgasket. She was only 380 bucks. I have started her repairs including removing the heads today. Live the 3.4, best motor ever lol, and I can't wait to build her like my last 2 97s I had. I liked them so much used one as a Chase truck for the race team I was with a the time lol. Tha KS for the add and here's my rig!

Yeah, I'm having the same issue. I get the rules, but 15 posts is excessive...even for spammers and bot prevention.

Slowly though surely
I recently picked up a 5th gen 4Runner after two generations of Tacoma AC '99 & '10. I'm excited to start building out this vehicle. I had saved up a bunch to do to '10 Tacoma then realized a Access can would not work for family size adventures. Here I am to learn all I can on this new platform.

4Runner
Almost hit 5k miles and taken it across 5 states. Been to 8 National Parks and some dirt roads along the way.

I am curious if anyone knows how to set keys to roll down the back window by pressing unlock button twice?

Any verbage/terminology to use at dealership when I take it for 5k service. Most of the threads I read say some dealer mechs know and others do not?

So true on the other hand taco world wanted something like 50 posts before you could post in the classifieds.
