Frustrated husband in Oregon
Hello, my wife has a 2004 4Runner SR5 with the V-8. Nice car, but if the blasted car alarm goes off one more time... I swear. I searched all over the internet and tried all the little things... so I came here to post my problem, only to find out I have to reply to who knows how many threads before I can post my own... so now very frustrated

It has a stick automatic. Transfer case: Multimod.
Rear differential normal, without automatic locking (not LSD)
I've changed springs and shock absorbers.
Springs: Lovells Springs & Suspension. Suspension reinforcement: in front + 50 kg and back + 100 kg, lift + 2,5 inches.
Shock absorbers: In front KYB Skorched4´s, back KYB Excel-G from Toyota Prado 120 (analogue Lexus GX 470)

New member here from NJ. Currently own a Tacoma but will be looking to buy a 4Runner within the next week.

Initially loved how the facelift 4Runner look but after finding some 2010-2013 trail editions I think that’s what I will be looking for. Will post mine up once I find and buy one!

New member here from Denver. Just secured a 2021 Red ORP Venture. Have to wait 2 weeks for it to be shipped from the port. Coming from the wrangler forums as I traded in my 2012 Wrangler.

Excited to start modding the 4runner. Looking at Roof racks, sliders, and a ladder first. Will be throwing a RTT on it during summers. Along with some AT 265/70/17 Tires.

Have been lurking on here for a bit, and finally decided to register. Have had a 2019 TRD ORP for almost a couple years now, and started finally started building it out this summer. Toytec lift, rock rails, and the tent so far. Have another set of wheels I'll put on as soon as my bigger tires get here (covid has messed with tire production/availability). I live in Colorado, and I'm up in the mountains every weekend using this thing.

Nice, the Morimotos finish the front end off so cleanly (and huge visibility upgrade)

Finally saved up enough to get a 2014 4Runner yesterday. Only driven it for 4 hours but man am I in love. Glad to meet some cool people who share my passion for outdoors.
