Hey everyone, I've been a lurker awhile, just wanted to say hi. I can't remember the last time I posted in an actual forum. Bought my 4runner during lockdown and the forum has been an incredible resource for me. Thank you all so much for knowing your stuff, lol
I have an '02 4Runner, (automatic but it's my daily driver and I'm lazy), just replaced the timing belt/chain/water pump etc and she's going strong and reliable at 283k miles I want to be 300k club!!

Hi all. I'm not technically a 4Runner owner, but I do at some point want to get myself a 1st gen. I learned how to drive manual on a 2nd gen 4Runner and spent a lot of time trail running with my friend. Never had the funds to get myself one at the time though! After college, I ended up moving from AZ to CA and getting into more of the old school JDM scene since my life changed from the outdoors to living on the freeways and commuting. Got myself an AE86, S2k, and a not-so-JDM 3.8 Gen Coupe. An older 4Runner is for sure on the list of future vehicles when I have more space, and I don't think I'd really consider another model.

Right now, I joined up to help out my boss with selling his 06 V8 4Runner and get a feel for the community around them right now. Not having a lot of luck selling locally, which is surprising, because if I was in the market for one, I'd snatch his up. I don't have a need for a V8 but the 1uz is top tier. I'll probably lurk for a second and post it up later. Hope that's fine. I want it to go to a good home.

Hello. New member. Just getting my 1st post in so I can post.

Starting to mod my 2021 trd pro lunar rock 4Runner.

Joined to see what every ones builds are, and what options I have to get this thing raised a little. I see eibach doesn’t have their springs out yet, we have wescott, and then dumping the stock fox. Has any one done only front coil overs, and keep back shocks with new springs? I am contemplating this however I can not find any details on the stock rear fox length for comparison.

Just joined the forum and didn't expect to not be able to post something about my 4Runner. Does not make any sense to me. What's the point of having a forum if it can't be used.

Lorunner lowered limited 4runner

Long time toyota lover.

My wife got a new ride so it's now open season on this 2012 limited. I've completely dechromed and had the windows tinted. This next week I'll be ordering custom lowering springs and a magnuson sc.

Thanks for reading!

there is a channel on youtube that does a multipart conversion, turning a premium into an overlander. not what you are doing but their suspension mod is excellently done and they use Bilstein iirc. Its a multipart series. channel is Speed Academy

Thank you. I will check it out. I am leaning toward the eibach if they ever get it out for the 21. Figure use these fox up, before I go another route.
