The TRD Pros do not come with KDSS. For some folks it's a matter of preference. The TRD Pro comes with Bilstien shocks that tend to offer a softer ride for improved articulation over uneven terrain and lighter sway bars that don't disconnect. The KDSS, I believe, has a bit stiffer ride with less sway in the corners but allows for the sway bars to disconnected for better articulation over uneven terrain. I'm new to the 4Runner scene so other folks may chime in to correct me.

It is going to take me quite a while to get such a fine vehicle. But I am a happy camper. I've got a first generation 4runner (1989) and I'm hoping to do some projects with second and third generation 4runners before I look at anything newer. That said, I am always thankful for the folks who are willing and able to buy pricey new vehicles because someone has to do it to make this whole system work
