So I got my 18 4Runner SR5 premium (needed the 7 seats with 4 kids)
My wish list is
icon suspension lift (stage 2 maybe 3 later)
Gobi stealth rack
Method NV matte
BFG KO2s
C4 Fab slimline bumper and winch,
Tepui rooftop tent (idk which one and it’s $$$$$)
What about you guys where are you trying to do.
My 4Runner will be 90%daily driver 10% mild off roading with the kids/fam
Congrats on your new 4runner. I'm jealous. I'm researching mine and buying early next year. I have a wish list as well but I think my first mod will be HID headlights. Do them in the driveway, relatively inexpensive, makes a world of difference in all conditions.
I’ve just picked up my 2018 LE a little over a week ago.
I’m enjoying seeing what others have done with their rigs, but I don’t have much of a plan for mine yet. Picked up a Carista this week in order to make some customizations, but then we’ll go from there.
I’ve seen some of the other LE owners black out some/all of the chrome and that has a nice look to it. I’ve got to be careful with lift heights if I go that way, since my garage isn’t very truck friendly in that regard.
Installled a $17 (bought on Amazon) neoprene cover on the center console. It fit like a glove.
My dog likes to put her front paws on it. I was afraid she'd damage it.

I’ve got a set of sliders on order...4 weeks down, 8 more to go. That’s the first mod. First thing I did was throw a bubba rope in the storage area though.
Congrats on the new rig. I also have a 2018 - and like most on here, can't leave well enough alone. A set of 5100's and some rear spacers are first up for me.
First mod was the diff breather on my 1 week old TRDOP with KDSS. Next will be the e locker relocation. Probably not necessary as I understand the vacuum should be relieved at the diff now, so the one way elocker breather shouldn’t cause a water issue, but hey, it’s an excuse to crawl under the truck.
Next purchase will likely be an SSO rack. I like the front runner, but I have a philosophy in life that the less holes a car has, the better.
After that, likely a hard shell RTT. I want something easily deployed/packed. I’m thinking JB Explorer.
My next fab will be a removable modular expandable storage system. Just took the dimensions down. I purchased the cargo tray so I would have the fold flat second row, which should allow for an easy enough build.
Congratulations on your purchase.
I miss my back row seating.
Now own a 2017 TRD off-road :-)
First mod was nfab nerf bars my 6 year old for got that the 2017 didn’t have steps and fell out. Not injured just scared him .
Second mod Slee off road compressor bracket.
ARD twin compressor is being shipped:-)
Day star levelers and bilstines sitting behind the couch. To lazy to in stall and to cheap to pay some one else to do it:-)
Just picked up a brand new 2018 TRD Off-road Premium last Tuesday.
Well I guess you could consider weathertech floor mats.
Attempted to install my Xenon Depot H11 HID kit and got nearly done and found out the bulb I was putting in the passenger side was moving around a bit. Come to find out the spot welds on the little tabs had come loose. Could have been like that from the get go or I could have tapped it against something while connecting all the wires and pushing the grommet through the hole I drilled in the dust cover. The driver side was super fast and took probably 5 minutes. The passenger side took forever trying to get into the housing and was just generally a pain in the ass. I’ve already sent Xenon Depot an email and just waiting to hear back from them.
