New East Coast T4R owner
Hi!
After months of searching and shopping I finally found my new-to-me 4th gen 4Runner. It's a completely stock 2007 sport V8 with 113k, white with black leather and no rust. And a new timing belt. I'm so stoked. I told myself this will be the last vehicle I buy until an affordable electric 4x4 is viable.
Of course I found it right as all the coronavirus restrictions were hitting, so I have a temporary tag from the dealer, but otherwise won't be able to register in my name for who knows how long. So a little bummed about that, but I don't think it will be a problem. (It was an interstate transaction so I have to get it registered in my home state of PA)
I'm planning on installing a modest lift (thinking Bilstein 5100) and slightly larger tires. I like the look when the tires are flush with the outside of the fenders. (Not a fan of the pokey out look) Anyone have tips on what offest/backspace I should look for to attain that? I think I'll run 275/70/17 tires on 17x8 wheels.
Thanks for reading and I'm excited to join the club!
