welcome mike
Hey mike socal is a big area. Can you narrow it down a bit. Yes a runner is a bit bigger than that miata. What are you looking for in a runner?

I live in San Clemente. I surf and need something bigger for my board and a bunch of my friends go off roading pretty often around here. I also want something a little more reliable and fun to mess around with. I think a 4runner can cover all the bases

Welcome, Mike!
Glad you could join us as you search for a new 4runner. Little off topic, but the first thing I thought of when I read this was this youtube video. Please don't do this, haha!

That looks super fun! Might take some time to work up to that. There are two runners for sale near me one's a '99 has 101,000 miles, and an '02 with 140,000. but the '99 has a supercharger.
Both are white and in pretty good condition. One guy flaked on me but another is supposed to come check out my car today so hopefully it will work out.
