Mod day / Lift Installation

Called around and have been getting quotes from $800 to $1000. Are there any upcoming mod days? Looking for some recs on a reputable show that won’t bend me over. Better yet if anyone is willing to help a fellow forum member out I can supply beer, food, and corny ass jokes. I live in the Fairfield area but I’m willing to drive. Lookingto install the FJ Trd suspension with Toytech 2” lift (spacer in front and coils out back) Thanks in advance

@PhoRunner

Post up on TW for the mod day, those guys love their mod days. Usually they run in late april to june and sept/oct. Summer is pretty busy for a lot of guys that would usually lend a hand unfortunately.

I'm not sure who you contacted for the lift install, but you're looking at 4-5 hours labor. I know it's a long way but call Hank Auto Repair in Sunnyvale, his quote should be half that and he's worked on a number of FZJ80 guys and they all recommend him, just too far for me to get back and forth.

Good luck
