lifting a 99 4Runner

If money wasnt an issue how would you go about lifting a 99 4 runner. I was looking to get about 3 inches more or less. Also what size tires do you think will work best on it. Also functionality is key as well as drivablity. I do alot of driving on road and offroad, and i will be traveling back and forth from college for the next 4 yrs. Thanks

it all depends on how you plan to use your 4runner.

i.e. desert stuff requires top of the line shocks and coils while slow speed stuff really doesn't.. get my drift?

of course $ was no object, I'd get the most bling bling stuff just to show off hehehe but then again i'm super poor so o well... guess i'll stick to the cheap stuff

hmm well my vehicles have been known to leave the ground on a couple of occasions. But mostly slow stuff probably

I don't know what you want it for, but I went with the upper end of the supension ladder. I have a 3.5" coilover system as well as a 2" body lift. With this setup, I can run my 33x16's easily with plenty of room for flex.

Here are a few pics of what it looks like.
