So does this draw air from inside the cabin?

18.) once everything is installed usa today protonmail holes connected use sylicone and create about a 1/2" bead around the hole running into the cab and the hole running into your engine bay. the more sylicone the better!!!

Too loud 😭

I love the sound of this mod but my wife doesn't. Had anyone tried dampening the sound with foam or anything like that? Maybe stuff some foam or batting behind the glove box where the hole is?

Here's my take. Definitely loud - I live in the mountains, and the drone gets pretty annoying. Going to live with it for a bit, but I think I'll end up going the cowl induction route eventually.

I hope I'm not about to show my ignorance here but... what is the benefit of this? It appears that the inlet is lower then it originally was and we all know the cab will flood in deep water. I thought the benefit of a snorkel was to get the inlet as high as possible to prevent it from sucking in water. I don't see how this helps. Please enlighten me. Honest question, not trying to be a smart ass.
