Gearing Help

I am starting a project for my once family driver and now want to turn it into and excursion vehicle to moab a few times a year. This is what I am starting with and would like to increase power on bottom end for 4 wheeling while maintaining a somewhat comfortable vehicle to drive the 5 hrs to Moab.

99 4runner
5 speed
2.7 3rz
265 75 16 tires
no lift yet but will have a 2.5 soon
will have winch and rockers with new front and rear bumper to increase angles( not sure which ones yet)
Will have at least a rear locker as well

Would like to gain some power and torque for wheeling yet still drive 75mph comfortably.
