I am still waiting to hear if I got the new job in Buena Vista. If I get the new job down there I will be able to make it. Would love to meet up with the CO guys since I just moved here.

I would like to come out but drive a completely stock 2000 with an e-locker. I'm positive I couldn't run the Holy Cross or BV Carnage, but was curious if anyone else would be running anything stock friendly and might be willing to let and/or help me learn a few things?
EDIT:
Sorry, I just looked at the facebook and found the answer to my question.

Well, I'll be there. Who's going to run Holy Cross on Friday? I'll drive up to French Creek, but my rig isn't ready to tackle it yet. Can't wait to actually meet some of you guys.

The group that runs HC on Friday meets at the trailhead at 9am. There will be 20+ rigs running HC that day so you can't miss them! Will be plenty of open seats so you will be able to jump in with someone else to make it to the city.

Finally registered!
Don't think I'm quite ready to tackle Holy Cross yet, especially without a locker. I'll be there Friday afternoon or evening!

A lot of people will be doing all sorts of other trails. Last year I was also kind of under the impression that Holy Cross was what everyone was doing.
I had asked
@ Dirtco
about it beforehand and he told me he usually doesn't run Holy Cross during the Jambo due to the large number of rigs on the trail during the event.
We wound up doing Wheeler Lake on Friday with a small group and Chinaman's Gulch on Saturday with the same basic group and I was glad to have been advised that way with the rig and skills I had at the time.
I just wanted to throw that out there. If you are planning on not showing up until later on Friday because you're not ready for Holy Cross don't worry because a lot of us will be headed out on something else Friday morning anyway.
I haven't decided what trails I'm doing or know anyone's plans yet but everyone will find trails in their comfort level and a group to do them with.
If you already knew this or just couldn't make it out Friday morning for some other reason ignore me lol.

Question. Could a stock TRD Pro do holy cross with out high risk of damage? I understand driving experience is big part. Are there bypasses for hard sections?

Unfortunately no. You'd not only be running a high risk of damage but you'd almost certainly get lots of it.
There is a good list of trails available in the area posted over in this thread with links to all of them with more info.

Awesome, thanks for the info! I'll definitely be finding a trail, and I'm simply excited to run any trail at all. Also, trail traffic is the worst.
Side note, I am heading in Friday afternoon as I will be coming from Telluride with some friends!
