@ 4RnR Grl
- I won't be making the meetup point at 3pm. I'll be meeting up with the group later tonight or before 9am tomorrow morning at the camp site.

Spring Overland Trip April 5-8
Ill post a more in-depth summary later but i would like to thank everyone who came and made this trip fun. First and foremost I would like to thank my wife
@ MrsOutbound
overland for supporting this adventure and my great friend
@ 4RnR Grl
for helping scout! Without the help of both of you this would not have been possible.
As a update to the participants and a warning to others who may go to this area as a group: If you will be driving a predetermined route through any PA state forest with more than 3 vehicles you need to call the local (to your route)state forest office and obtain a free letter of authorization. The purpose of the letter is to inform the park management and law enforcement of your route so they can de-conflict any competing activities.

Sitting around a campfire with friends, even in rainy, crappy weather.
Is still better than spending the weekend on the couch watching TV.

Here are some pics and a couple of vids I took.
-Edit- Added more vids from my crappy dash cam (mostly of Sleeter). And yes I know the dates are wrong :-)
The radio convo on MOVI9055 is just awesome! Still makes me laugh.

Couple quick questions as i wanted to make this event as it was almost in my back yard from pittsburgh but already had plans. But i am going fishing in damn state park this weekend and thought i might hit up some of the route. Anything particularly or section i should avoid on a stock TEP as a solo driver? Looking at the route most of it seemed to be access roads of some nature.

You should be fine on the entire route, I’d recommend picking up some purple lizard maps for the area (bald eagle). The PL maps show where the 4wd roads are as well as overlooks and other cool places.

Awesome. Thanks for all the work on mapping out the trail and setting it all up, and thanks to everyone else involved as well. Looking forward to joining you all on the next one.
