Private land trails

Hi Guys

So this might be a vague question, but curious if anyone has any private land that they run some trails on. Id be looking at buying some rec land for some camping and trails and maybe gardening. Granted all land is different, but just curious if anyone had any thoughts on how many acres youd need to feel like you have a decent trail. Again i understand that if you make your own tail and wind it around youll get more use, but just curious if anyone has any experiences, suggestions, comments, advice etc on something like this

Good question. Friend wheeled at a private place that was 150 acres. Said it was.

Look for a place that has some topography. More challenging w the up n down.

Maybe do a land lease as well. Another friend leases a few hundred acres for his RV n side by side. Him a friends all went in together. Super cheap.

Good luck.
