My vitamins and supplements usually get me through the day. I've always been that friend in the group that would get super sick everywhere and without any motive. Lately I discovered the stuff from Vitamin C Capsules (2000mg) Ascorbic Acid Supplement Adults & Kids — WELLABS and I've really been loving having a nice routine for myself and being able to follow it. Trust me, you can really see the differences with the naked eye.

My wife got kidney stones one weekend we were at an off road park in New Hampshire.

We rushed to the hospital, they gave her some meds and we went back and camped out as planned, she was miserable in the morning (understandable) and we loaded up and headed home. She was curled up in the passenger seat the whole way in pain, the f550 was not a comfy ride. . I felt so bad, she was in so much pain. Went to another hospital when we got back home they helped her a little more. Luckly they passed soon after.. but what a bummer.

Its all about the parts you break, and the friends you make.

I recommend activated charcoal for quickly clearing up stomach issues.

And of course as a Brit I have to agree with DanVance, tea by the bucket full
