Total Chaos
well most of you know that I bought the total chaos Lower Link Skids,
well after about 2 months the passenger side BROKE:
So on Monday evening the 19th I sent them an email, well its been about a week without even a reply, not even a "F-you" or "to bad so sad" or "sorry sucker" lol
NOTHING, needless to say, I will NEVER buy anything from that company again, ever.
Well yesterday, we decided to get it fixed before we hit another trail, heres the REPAIRED product:

Thank's for sharing your experiences with us Ric. The worst thing you can do as a business is not respond to the customer. Hope they follow up with you and try to solve this issue.

How did you notice that it broke? Did you just see it or was there some kind of symptom first?
And what did TC say about it? Any kind of peace offering or anything?
