Lightbulb Automatic VS Standard

Automatic or Standard Whats Better?

Why one or the other?

Better for off roading?

More or less maintenance?

Which one costs more?

Im looking to buy a 4-Runner but not sure what to go with.

Thanx for you're oppinions.
