After the most successful scouting trip we have ever had, we will take a mulligan
on a scenic trip through the Texas Hill Country. This will be a two day trip.
The official date is not yet decided, but once we decide, I will add it to the first post.
The group will assemble in San Saba, and we will depart by 0900 on February 19. Participants may choose to spend friday night at one of the nearby state parks, including Colorado Bend (one of the best, IMO).
This trip is more about the scenery and comraderie then technical driving or challenges. This whole trip can be completed in a stock high clearance 2wd vehicle. We will be travelling past a few exotic animal ranches and meandering our way through the James River valley before returning back east towards Marble Falls.
