monday would consist of back/bi's
tuesday: chest/tri's
wednesday: legs/ a little cardio
thursday: back/bi's
friday: chest/tri's
During that time would take protein shakes every day, even on off days of working out. And i maintained a balanced diet, carbs, protein, fish, and vegi's.
I saw alot of results within the first 2 weeks. Jumped about 15lbs in every weight. Now that school started up and im working 20+ hours a week, i NEVER go to the gym

My workout is always full body. I start out with a 5 minute cardio warm-up, usually stationary bike. Then I bench, do pull downs, calf raises, bicep curls, weighted sit ups, and head bangers for the triceps. I finish it off with 10 minute workout on the bike. Then I have a protein shake afterwards. I do this 2-3 times a week, with 2 full days of rest in between. On my days of rest from lifting, I will try to do a 30 minute cardio workout. My original plan was to cut fat, gain muscle which definitely happened throughout the past year or so. I lost about 25 lbs body weight (including loss of fat, gain in muscle). I am definitely more cut now and plan to continue this routine.
As for gains, they are pretty steady. I work out alone in a home gym so I don't max out often, I will stick with the same weight for about a week or two at a time, but I will increase the amount of reps. When I get comfortable with that, I increase weight.
When I work at a normal pace it takes about 1.5 hours per workout. I can easily add 30 minutes to that when I'm feeling a bit lazy that day.

Well let's see,
I walk in between classes, anywhere to 10 yards to 250 yards 8 times a day.
Then my left leg gets a work out by pushing my clutch pedal in.
My right foot gets a workout when I need to get over in order to not miss my turn.
And my middle finger gets a workout when someone cuts me off.

Have any of you guys ever taken pro-hormones? I've considered it just cause I'm not "big" yet and would like to be, but i second guess myself when I hear about the unhealthiness.

yes and if you want to get big, it will deff make you big if you put in the work, but the side effects are not worth it, your relationship with with everybody will go to crap, your mood will suck and your manhood would shrink because by taking hormones your body's own hormone production slow down dramatically. it will look like your are hiding peanuts down there.

Now if that analogy doesn't scare you, I don't know what will!
