That’s crazy. I do similar routine but the fasting part.. that I don’t know I could do. I have a pretty strict diet. I eat only clean food. Plain chicken, fish, steak (only 1-2 times week) and tons of vegetables! I eat some kind of vegetable every hour or so and some kind of protein id say every 3 hrs.

I ride 10-12 miles of singletrack 5X/wk. I play basketball for 2 hrs 2X/wk. I used to lift when I was younger but not now. Just keeping in shape and enjoying the bike. I am 6'4" 250 lbs.

5x5 heavy with rusted weights in my garage because corporate gyms are for vaginas. sitting at 185ish and about 10%
I eat whole foods only, supplements beyond a good multi are a waste of money!

I like working out at a gym. Gets me more in the mood to lift. especially when some guy I don’t like is looks wise is bigger than me struggling to put up 80's and i through up the 100's. Simple head down and go on to next lift gives me a mental chuckle. I know egotistical but really who isn’t at the gym lol.

As far as lifting goes I 100% agree and lift for me! but there is that motivavation at the gym to push yourself harder. That I like.
