That’s just crazy. Makes me want to want to get some mexicalies and make a killing lol JK. Love the "proprietary blend". How many bottles in GNC say new proprietary blend bla bla bla.

If you haven't seen Bigger Stronger Faster, do your self a favor and rent/download/buy it.. Great documentary. My favorite bit is how they show you they do the before and after photo's in one photo shoot. They just play with lighting, shaving, tanning, posture and Photoshop.

Anyway, my workout diet has changed from what it always was. I use to do the traditional chest/tri, back/bi, shoulder/legs or whatever. I got bored though and it was killing my motivation which effected my consistency.

Now I do whatever I feel like and whatever part of my body feels the freshest. Basically my weekly workout breadkdown might look like this:

- Big 3 (squats (barbells + weighted lunges), bench (barbell + dumbbell), deads
- kettlebells, pull/chin ups, dips, rings, muscle ups (still trying)
- Olympic weight lifting
- military press, upright rows, chin ups, seated row, farmers walk.

I will usually throw in extra exercises on to any of my sessions with no reason. Eg if I see a loaded squat rack cos some lazy ass didn't rack his weights i will do a couple sets just cos.. see the chin up bar is empty, do a few sets.
I found that being more random in the gym increases the fun and your motivation improves drastically. I never go to the gym with an exercise for exercise specific program anymore.

Starting this week everyday Im going to do at least 10 min cardio each session. Most likely do skipping min on min off, HIIT sprints, stair climber intervals. My cardio sux and snowboarding seasons is fast approaching.

Diet is intermittent fasting. Which is the best thing Ive ever done. Eat between 12 noon and 8pm only. Low carbs, no sugars or junk. Except for weekends.

That's my favorite type of workout! Haven't been to Trout Creek but I have heard it's an butt kicker. I love going to Smith, can't wait for my next trip there.

Unfortunately, my normal workout is usually in the gym 4 days a week before work then on the bike or running after work 4-5 days a week.

I don't know guys. I've seen some pretty round trad/sport climbers.

Bouldering is what will kick you into shape!

Yeah Trout is pretty stout trad climbing, but the gear is almost always good.

I'm hopefully hitting up smith this weekend. fingers crossed!

I used to lift weights, but quit about a year ago and switched to strict bodyweight workouts. I like it better. It feels more practical. I follow this book called Convict Conditioning occassionally, but I prefer to do my own thing.
