That’s just crazy. Makes me want to want to get some mexicalies and make a killing lol JK. Love the "proprietary blend". How many bottles in GNC say new proprietary blend bla bla bla.
This was my workout this last weekend. Doesn't get any better than this![]()

That's my favorite type of workout! Haven't been to Trout Creek but I have heard it's an butt kicker. I love going to Smith, can't wait for my next trip there.
Unfortunately, my normal workout is usually in the gym 4 days a week before work then on the bike or running after work 4-5 days a week.
I don't know guys. I've seen some pretty round trad/sport climbers.
Bouldering is what will kick you into shape! :moon:

How long does that take you?
still going hard at it here, made some pretty big strength and muscle gains, all natty 0 supp. but still chunky lol problem is i hate cardio and love power lifting.
Nice to see another PLer here! Powerlifting is a good hobby. I'm just coming off a hip injury. Taking it easy for a couple of weeks and then back into the heavy stuff.
Hoping to see a nice total (i.e. 1400-1500) by April (if I can keep from getting hurt). Had my first squat workout in about 6 weeks on Sunday. My legs still hurt.
haha i feel you on the legs, did 6 sets of 405, 455 on my first leg day when i got back the DOMS the next day was bad, i almost shed a tear walking down stairs
