I spend about 3-4 hours 4-5 days a week at the gym. I'll lift and occaisionally hop on the treadmill for about 1.5-2 hours and then the other 1.5-2 is spent playing racquetball.
I've seen some descent gains, but all within where I should be at for 5'11 and 245 lbs.
I just recently started deadlifts again and I'm up to 325 right now, and shooting to be over 400 or better by the end of the year. I try to do mostly compound lifts, but do isolation lifts for my shoulders a lot to help rehab my left one.

Eric, you know my workout, 12oz curls, with the occasional 16oz or 24oz! Surprisingly I haven't seen that much gain lately. I must be doing something wrong.

haha this is a great thread!
I workout 6-7 days a week. This is my routine:
Day 1: Biceps/forearms/back Day 2: Chest/Triceps Day 3: Legs(lots of jumping type lifts) Day 4: Shoulders REPEAT
This has been great for me! In the past 15 months I've gone from weighing 140 to weighing 165-170. (my weight fluctuates) My bench went from 150-235. I judge my leg gains by jumping. I couldn't even touch the rim on a basketball goal before and not i can hang on with one hand. Still working to get the second so I can dunk! Bicep curls have gone from hammer curling 25 pound dumbbells to 50 pound dumbbells. (6-8 reps) Military press has gone from 75 pounds to 115 pounds. (6-8reps)
All I "take" is protein bars with milk after a workout and a pre workout every other month. I have taken Jack3d, C4, and NOxplode. I tried one called rampage and it was awful. Don't ever take it.
I am 18 and 5'11 and 170. Eat around 3,000-4,000 calories a day.

4 days a week. Push/pull one week, muscle isolation the next. Do cardio after lifting. Use NOShotgun for the preworkout and whey protein after. Love the gym.

I used to go to the gym 5 times a week, usually mon-fri. for about 2 hours a day.
At the start i was 6'2" and 150 lbs. Yes j know im tall and skinny! haha. i worked out for a good 14 months and gained about 20-22 lbs. Now im back down to 155 lbs
monday would consist of back/bi's
tuesday: chest/tri's
wednesday: legs/ a little cardio
thursday: back/bi's
friday: chest/tri's
During that time would take protein shakes every day, even on off days of working out. And i maintained a balanced diet, carbs, protein, fish, and vegi's.
I saw alot of results within the first 2 weeks. Jumped about 15lbs in every weight. Now that school started up and im working 20+ hours a week, i NEVER go to the gym

How'd you like C4? I'm taking it right now. This is my second cycle with it and I'm combining it with the GNC Strength Vitapak.
I used Animal Pak last and I feel like it's worked better then the Strength Vita pack has. Only on week two with it though.

C4 was great. I loved it. I have to say that jack3d was/is my favorite. It is just a great all around supplement.

i love the new jack3d micro, never taken the old one but the new one is great, no shakes or crazy heart beat, smooth delivery of energy for about 3-4 hours
