Really? Then why are you on a forum instead of being out "in the real world"? Hope you don't read, or watch tv.
Thanks to technology, I can post on this forum, from anywhere in the world. This weekend I'm in Reading, Pa. for my "job" which I do mostly because it is such an adrenaline rush, that if I weren't being paid, I'd probably still do it for free.
I generally don't watch TV. I can always find something better to do, then sitting in front of the boob tube.
If I'm at home, I might take one of my cars or motorcycles for a ride. Or maybe do some fourwheeling in the old 4Runner. All of which are more fun than a video game.
When I have a few minutes to kill, such as waiting for a flight at the Airport, I'll check my Email, and sometimes log-in to T4R.org.
I'm at the track right now, and I'm killing time due to a weather delay. So in fact I AM out in the real world, having fun.

Good, glad you're having fun. So am I when I sit down to play my PlayStation for a handful of hours every week.
I never played GTA until 5. It did not interest me until I found Red Dead Redemption. That game on my 360 was the most played game since the Mario Brothers sucked me in so many years ago. When I found out they also made GTA I reluctantly tried it out. It was way more fun than I imagined. It was just like RDR but modern and since I live near LA I got the maps.
I recently started over with the XBOX One version. It’s the same but a little prettier. I finished the campaign. I started the online version but I think it sucks. I drive around looking for a good race or shootout but whenever I enter one I seem to be the only one in there waiting for others to join. Maybe there is something I am missing.

I really need to play this game. We have 2 copies in the house cause both my sons have it. They show me all the cars and trucks they have and it looks pretty awesome. My problem is once I get stuck on one game, I stick to that game and right now that game is "Destiny: the taken king", lol

Online is very frustrating if you don't have anyone to play with. A lot of the time from what I've seen people arnt out there playing by themselves, they're with w couple different people and they all follow each other around.
Try and use match maker, it's generally pretty good about setting you up with other players. Sometimes it takes a while if you're not playing at peak hours though.
Honestly I havnt finished the story mode yet after almost 2 years because online is so much fun with my buddies. You just have to play it with the right people and it comes alive.

I played destiny for s while. It was the first game I got with my ps4. I liked it a lot but after a while the monotony set in of all the same missions. I maxed my character out and doing team death match got boring. I'm pretty good and can hold my own most of the time, but some of the kids in these death matches are insane. Literally all they must do is play this game because they have conditioned skill beyond belief.
Right now I'm playing metal gear solid 5, which is fun because I have fond memories of playing the first metal gear solid when it came out on the PSx with my brother so many years ago. I've heard multi player is awesome, but I don't have anyone to play it with yet.
I remember Metal gear for the NES, i used to love it. Naturally when it came out for the 1st PS, i went insane, bought it and beat it in about 3 hours. My wife was soooo pissed that I beat a $70 game that fast, lol. Yeah, i know what you mean about the monotony on Destiny. The new game/DLC The Taken King is actually pretty good. it gives you the ability to level up more and such. And YES, some of the kids on there are insane, i can totally attest to that, lol. I didnt see the post about Red Dead Redemption until right now and I had to laugh. I loved that game. I remember I was talking to my brother and he offered to let me borrow his copy. I had never played it and I was a bit weary. He said, "well you like GTA, right? well...its GTA ON A HORSE!" it instantly became one of my favorite games, lol
I had not played RDR since I finished it the first time. Last month I broke the 360 out of the attic just to play RDR again. I got tired of waiting for it to be playable on the XBone. I don't play that many games but I tend to stick with one until I'm tired of it or I finish it. If I start playing another game I tend to forget about the first.
