Netflix

Thought we could post up good movies that are lurking around the questionably searchable depths of Netflix. The suggested movies usually suck, but I know there are decent ones out there.

If you like westerns, Blackthorne is a late sequel to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, and damn good production in my opinion.

Poolhall Junkies is a great film too.

Good idea for a thread. "Hell on Wheels" is a series I found recently. I liked it a lot. American Horror Story was ok too, really strange but watchable.

Are we talking about "Streaming" or renting from Netflix. I hate that you can't stream all the movies netflix has to offer. I have an xbox360 I basically only use for netflix now since I rarely play video games, so I only use it to stream movies.

yeah streaming. I dont have cable to my tv, just the 360 like you. They have a ton of good documentaries, but the good movies are hard to find. I just thought of two more:

Into the White- about two downed warplanes over Norway during WWII
Undisputed III- great prison fight movie

Kumari (hiarious, guy fakes being a Guru... it's a "WTF" documentary)
Restrepo
Severe Clear

I second this one. I enjoyed it. Could have fast forwarded through some of the middle but overall I liked it.

I watched "Tomorrow, When the War Began." It is like an AUS version of Red Dawn. It was a decent streaming movie.

I watched that last night... meh.. good action though, when there was action.

And holy hell the girl who played the main character is gorgeous.

Caitlin Stasey... 23... my future ex-wife.

Into the Wild is a 2007 American biographical drama survival film written and directed by Sean Penn. It is an adaptation of the 1996 non-fiction book of the same name by Jon Krakauer based on the travels of Christopher McCandless across North America and his life spent in the Alaskan wilderness in the early 1990s.

"El Infierno" is a good movie.

"touching the void" is one of my favorite true story documentaries of survival.

"American me" one of my favorite all time movies.
