The new remake of Red Dawn had to be one of the worst movies I've seen....ever.
Just finished watching:
I really liked it.

Sorry.
Maybe I should have started a thread instead of mentioning it in this thread. While the F&F movies aren't what I would call great, they ARE entertaining.
Being involved in Professional Drag Racing, I even started using one of the infamous lines from the F&F movie as a joke amongst friends and colleagues: "I live my life a 1/4 mile at a time". Although these days it's only 1000 ft.
40 is way too young.
RIP

I enjoyed it immensely. Something different. Although the Golden Gate Bridge got destroyed *again*. It gets destroyed in every action movie it seems... I hope there's a sequel.

Reacher was good. The movie reminded me of some of you guys on the forum.
Don't get turned away because of Tom Cruise, he actually does a pretty good job.

It was a pretty good movie. I didn't care for Cruise and though the part could be played better by someone else but I'd watch the movie all over again.

Good for action movies.
The part would still be played better by someone else. Just can't put my finger on it.

On Friday I watched .... Silverado
Great but not as good as Once Upon A Time In The West, which I watched for the first time a few months ago (restored BluRay edition) and was blown away by how awesome it was. Slow to build yes but wow.
Silverado. A good 90s western and fun to watch.
