It's genetic.

I have all my hair but I buzz it off since it's too much trouble taking care of it.

As far as supplements, first balance out your hormones. Biotin messes with my thyroid. going to try collagen next. Essentials oils didn't do much for me.

the first time i saw the top of my head after it started i immediately shaved it and never looked back. so easy and stress-free. I feel like a lot of guys stress out about it and try to hold on to what they have eventhough its obvious which can look worse. like he said^ Own it

I remember that Experts recommended I choose those drugs that do not contain sulfates. It is these substances that are most often present in detergents. The best option is shampooed without sulfates. For example, shampoos from hairfolli.com are considered the most aggressive, but it is found in almost all shampoos because it foams well and cleanses from dirt. Trichologists believe that a good shampoo against hair loss for men should contain minerals and vitamins, plant extracts, substances that improve the activity of small vessels, and hence the nutrition of follicles.
