Overnight Flooding

We could use some of that in most of Texas!

Yes hope all are ok. Here in central texas our local 'lake' watersource for about 2.5+million folks is 55 feet (yes feet) below its standard. Our last 'decent' rain unfortunetly like your area was a flood on Halloween night, coming up on 6 months now. I don't even water the lawn anymore....just letting it go...

Thanks guys. The worst of it was just south of where I'm at - some places in the Birmingham area got over 7 inches of rain overnight. Could've been a lot worse, there were areas to our west that had some severe storms, but it calmed down some before it got here. We are overdue however, and as much as I like this time of year for being outside, I'm always worried about the potential for severe weather.
It does create quite the sight at Noccalula Falls here in Gadsden (approx a 90 ft drop):
