Who else is addicted to golf?

All I ever want to do is play golf....Anybody else have this problem?

And the worst part about it is, if I was consistantly good, I could understand it, but the only thing I can do consistantly is slice the ball.

Your thoughts?

Amen! It is all in the swing to correct your slice. If you are having a problem off the tee, picture the butt of your club handle following the path of your belt as you take the club back. It feels weird at first, but it should correct your slice somewhat.

Weather here is sporatic at best. Last weekend it was in the high 70's. I went out and played Saturday and it rained like a mofo for about 3 holes and then it was nice the rest of the round. Today it is only supposed to be in the low 60's. I have another tee time for Sunday and the weather channel says it is supposed to rain. Lucky me!

If I didnt suck so bad - I would love playing golf.

There should be a rule - if you lose all your balls before the 10th hole...you get a free round.

Then again...maybe I shouldnt raid the Beer cart everytime it goes around

Well, at least you have an excuse.....Now i have a question, if the tee goes further than the ball, do you get extra points???

I haven't played too much, but played at a masters course in Palm Springs this past month...HOW BEAUTIFUL!

lol if the tee goes further you will be in the hall of fame.

correcting the slice has to do with how open the club face is and if you are pulling the club back out when you swing out.

dont swing out to in but more in to out and put the ball more towards the toe of the club. try to keep it straight but semi closed or open.

gives you a good draw.. or if you cant get it in the swing.. aim left so you over correct it by slicing into the fairway (funny? naw it works).
