You would have gotten better responses by asking, who here has had sex while driving their 4runners?

Never in my 4rnr. I acquired it after I was married with two kids. But I had ALOT in my 72 Blazer. I removed the rear seat and had a 6" thick foam mattress back there. Even had curtains for the windows! I'd put notches on the roll bar. My buddies called it the ATMBW(all terrain mobile bone wagon)!!!

Theoretically speaking, I'm sure people have had sex both inside as well as outside the vehicle.

I can say I've done this as well.
Actually, in just about every vehicle I've owned.
It's quite fun.

Yes they are. Very much so.
If high-schoolers could've watched my 3 year old anytime from birth to now, there would be absolutely no teen pregnancy, probably a decline in population.
Sadly, there hasn't been any "fun making" in any of my vehicles in a long time. Never had it in a 4runner either.

Not as much privacy as a 4Runner, but the contours are ergonomic enough
