Thanks!

Details? Well the GS is 2005. Put the "hack" on in 2010. Hack
was built by the premier builder - Claude Stanley, CSM Sidecars. All hand fabricated out of aluminum, of course the frame is steel. Check out his website
for he will build whatever you want.

I spend time out in SW Colorado and the rig will take you anywhere providing
the trail is wide enough.

Slab at around 70-75; but tracks true above 100!

GREAT FUN

Do it! I have over 300,000 miles on BMWs Ironbutt Rider on both 2 wheels
and the Hack. Nice thing about adding a hack is you will never fall over! Plus
you can carry everything.

Call Claude at CSM Sidecars and speak to him about building one. CSM is located in PA and is worth the journey for the build. People have shipped bikes to him from all over the country. So if you are a bit away, ship him the bike, fly back and ride home. Great excuse for a ride!

well, as it stand now no room or $$ - we do have a Ural that gets regular use and we love it - spending most of the miles running gravel/dirt. It would be nice to be able to run freeway speeds at times however... ;-)

you know the national sidecar rally is out in SW Colorado next year right?

we plan on trailing the Ural out as long as the stars stay aligned.

Flipped the Husky I bought last fall in favor or exactly what I wanted.

Behold, my brand new KTM 350 XCF-W!

Spider bike model. I have no clue why this site does this.

See you there!

There seem to be a lot of dual sport riders on here, I guess that goes hand in hand with the 4R /outdoor / exploration lifestyle.

I have a 2013 V-Strom. 38,000 miles on it. Between it and my prior 2007 V-Strom (80,000 mi) I've ridden through every US state. I do a lot of 2-4 day camping trips and my longest trip was 18 days.

Just got rid of a WR250R and the 2007 V-Strom in preparation for an upcoming out of state move. My wife was riding the 2007 a good bit so I'm probably on the hook for buying her another bike once we get moved.

thats the only thing keeping me from replacing my 04 GSA - a lot of folks get 48, few more get 49, but getting all 50 is more difficult.

I've got 46/50 just need Alaska, Maine, Vermont, and Rhode Island

once I get those checks off its getting retired and a new ride is coming home!!!

LOL, oh, crap... I just realized what I wrote. That should have been "every continental US state"... lower 48. Derrrrr......

Alaska is on my list though!
