Indeed it is. It has became my regular go to. For the price it cannot be beat. It goes toe to toe with some bourbons twice the cost.

I drink Gin. I like it - probably too much. I recently got a book on Gin and in it I found a recipe for a Gin martini like the one they make at Harry's Bar in Venice (Italy) - the ones that Hemmingway drank. He probably liked them too much as well but it's a cool recipe.
You get a handle of Gordons. I know - Gordons? Seriously? Has to be Gordons. Whatever - it's cheap. Pour off 4 ounces of it and do whatever with it. Pour in 4 ounces of Martini/Rossi dry vermouth and put the whole mess in the freezer, along with your glass. Leave the lot in the freezer for a long time.
Pour 0 degree Gordons martini mix in to 0 degree glass. No olives, or shakers or anything like that. Just pour it in and drink it. The gin gets thick and super silky when it's that cold. Magical! Gordons is a whole lot better than I gave it credit for.
Now to try the same trick with Hendricks.

I remember Harry's bar. Overpriced (but what in Venice isn't) but good drinks.
Bullet bourbon is what I'm drinking right now.
