Did you notice all the cars not clearing their headlights and brake lights off. Really safe. Some people driving around without headlights or drls on during the cyclone...
There was so much wind/snow that the stoplight housings were completely full of snow. You couldn't see if the signal was red, green or even working. Not too mention all the signals without power. I hesitated at a dead signal as some kid blew the light and almost hit multiple people, including myself, treating it as a fourway stop. Colorado drivers are just negligent now.
