I'm pretty sure that's who offered the course I took but I took it in Denver in person. I imagine its all about the quality of the instructor as much as anything. So do some research on who is do the training. Aside from that PMA offers a good course.
That said, the PM job has been so watered down the past decade or so that it's not as valuable as it used to be. I see people offering 65k a year salaries all the time and I just laugh at them.
I would consider what field you're going to be in before spending money on a PMP. If you're going to work in software development, I wouldn't bother with a PMP. Unless the company you're at is waterfall and in that case I would get another job.
