Honestly my Buck 110 is one of my favorite knives I own. Probably had it for 10 years now. Love the weight and feel. Been through a bunch of deer and just hone it when I'm done. I bought my son a "one off" patriotic colored one right after he was born. Excited to give it to him when he's older.
Didn't see much in here on kitchen knives, but I have a side BBQ catering business (hence the McRib) and cooking is a huge passion of mine. I have a Feder Knives 9" K-Tip Chef knife. Really like him and his work. The knife in this link is my actual knife.

I bought a sweet Oyster knife from Geoff Feder too that's custom with the green liners, Hudson Valley Walnut, and custom file work.
Next purchase, if I can convince myself to "replace" the Buck 110, is a Gentry Custom Knives Trekkar-T with the orange rock handles. Another solo knifemaker that does really really cool knives.
