I'm really into almost everything. From Hank Williams Sr. to Metallica. Mozart to Eric B. I'd say the only stuff I'm not really into is screaming death metal and the whole dubstep stuff.

Basically everything that isn’t metal or techno.

80s country to UGK to trap to bluegrass to who knows...if I can bop my head It’s probably good.

Classic Rock! \m/

... Classical, Standards, Ballads by Rockers, folk... heck pretty much everything EXCEPT rap, hip-hop, singers who strain their vocal chords trying to outdo each other, monotonous songs of Katy Perry, et al... AND singers who stylize the the Star Spangle Banner.

LOL!
re: Steely Dan, too bad that Walter Becker passed away (with little publicity) last year
But glad that I've seen them live at Humphreys in San Diego... for free from our kayaks

Music depends on my mood and what I can relate to.
On my way into work I like to listen to gangster rap so that I can remind myself to go hard in the office.
When I am cruising for long rides I like to listen to EDM.
When Hanging out around the camp fire enjoying music I like to listen to some country music.
When I am at the beach I can go for reggae.
And the list goes on.

One of my favorites!

I'm pretty all over the place --

Classic Prog (Rush, Yes, King Crimson, Zappa, ELO, Moody Blues)

Classic non-prog (Doobie Brothers, Steely Dan, The Doors, more depending on the mood)

Modern prog / metal (Opeth, BtBaM, TesseracT, Plini, Thank You Scientist, Steven Wilson, Closure in Moscow, Protest the Hero, etc)

Electronic stuff (Nicolas Jaar, Tipper, Opiou, Gramatik, Rob Araujo, Kalya Scintilla, Bleep Bloop, Russ Liquid, Nasty Nasty, Bonobo, Bedouin, Dela Moontribe, Trevor Moontribe, Mikey Lion, Claude VonStroke, etc)

Modern Jazz (Kneebody, Kamasi Washington, Snarky Puppy)

My tastes are decidedly non-mainstream -- I'm into gospel music. Mostly southern gospel, also some country style, and whatever else strikes my fancy.

Everything. Just not much pop music. My playlists are so eclectic that it mostly hurts people's brains and makes them feel weird while simultaneously introducing them to several new groups and genres that they enjoy.
