Dear Customer,
As of last week we have been informed that the Owner of TrailDuty.com, Mr Phil Day has unexpectedly passed away, Phil was a long time distributor of ours and had been in the off road industry since 2004, for those of us who knew him he was a friend and a business associate, he will be dearly missed.
This E-mail is to inform you that due to his unforeseen situation we are unable to process/fulfill any open/pending orders placed through Trail Duty. We request that you immediately contact your Bank/credit card company and submit a dispute of the charge through Trail Duty.
Once you have completed the dispute/resolution with your bank/credit card company if you are still interested in a GOBI product the following will be the process to best assist you to fulfill your order.
First GOBI will honor your original order date and Trail Duty Pricing (Please E-mail us a copy your original Trail Duty invoice to [email protected])
Next we will transfer your original order to our system and you will be required to confirm and verify the order for accuracy. A GOBI representative will contact you in order to obtain payment information. Please note that all GOBI orders are guaranteed by your credit card however we do not charge/process your card until your GOBI rack is ready to ship (this is usually 1 week before being packed).
We apologize for any delays and inconveniences this might have caused as we are trying to navigate through this difficult and unforeseen situation. It is with our best intentions to assist you in any way we can and to make sure that once all of this is cleared we are able to fulfill your GOBI order.
