He probably wanted to sell 60x pills of a controlled substance to which he has a prescription for and a half ounce or less of marijuana

There are photos on the forum of several Hawaiian 4th gen cruisers, I believe I may have seen a 5th gen as well but not certain.
edit - Looks like the pictures are dead for the Hawaiian ones
T4R Police Vehicles
Interesting choice for a police cruiser...

We get our vehicles from GSA. Traditionally, you can only get vehicles from Ford, Chevy, and Dodge/Ram, be they trucks, SUVs or sedans. You select the type based on your mission: Full-size SUV, mid-size truck, etc., kinda like rental car categories.
In the last few years, foreign vehicles are slowly being added. When I got my 2013 F150, they had a Hyundai as an SUV option. When I got the Ram in 2017, one of the small truck options was a Tacoma and a small sedan option was a Prius (this is for all government vehicles, not just police vehicles).
I’m crossing my fingers that a 4Runner shows up when it’s time for me to get my next rig. 30k miles to go!
