You should already know that blueberries and other dark colored berries are very good for you in countless ways. Its not BS.

I also started each day about 3 months ago with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar everyday within 30 min of waking. Google it. Good things will happen. My grandmother is 101 (looks and gets around like shes 70) and shes been doing it for 80 years.

Also, starting every other day with 20 min of fasted cardio has been helpful but increasing your strength training is MOST important after 40 yo.
I eat blueberries all the time. In fact I made blueberry waffles this morning.

Not 7 cups a day though.

what I'm getting at are all these "studies". They plaster a big headline but when you look into the details it's quite a different thing. It's the fear mongering in the press every day that is getting ridiculous.

For 50 I'm in pretty decent shape.

That's great. Eliminating sodas is outstanding. That stuff is consumed in this country on crazy levels and it is horrible for you. The calories you drink hurt the most and add up really fast. Only time we have soda in our home is for parties......other than that our kids never got accustomed to it.

Don't allow my kids to drink soda. When they can buy their own they can try it.

I see too many kids with soda's & energy drinks now days. Don't get me wrong I love drinking Monster but I've cut back and went to the sugar/calorie free one.

Was fairly blown away with the throttle response and just overall power that I got! Id suggest to anyone to do so, and clean out you plhemal too tha helped a bunch! But shortly after first fire up I heard the squire from the timing cover! Water pump dam! So I was gonna just break it down and get the heads redone maybe even bore out for whatever I could do to possible mount up a charger (pro) was my thoughts! But looking for stuff to do so on eBay a pretty blue straight 6 twin turbo children eater popped up and I just thought what the hell, now that would be rad! Even found a Nissan 2.0 turbo with manual trans for 3k! Im open to thoughts! Please any info would be greatly appreciated! I already have a dodg with a brand new 650hp over 1000ft bulletproofed 17k dollar 5.9 Cummins so dont really need to do this but if it is not a big deal to do it I am goin to!!

All I can see while reading this is

It is not a secret that sport helps to be healthy longer. Even if you are adult, to do 10 push-up everyday, in place of drinking coffee, it is very easy. But there are some cases when even sport doesn't help. I have been practicing water polo for 10 years, but last year, I have started to feel worse every morning. My doctor didn't see any fiscal disables, and strong recommended me to pass hormones test from myhealthconfirm.com . And he was right, it was the low level of cortisol in my organism. I am very thankful my doctor, that he helped me.

At 67, I just did almost 3. I do walk about an hour a day. Some light hexbells routines. Many people think I am 10-15 years younger than I am. fun
