Thanks for posting the link. Good reminder and incentive for some like me who tend to get caught up with daily minutiae of life and ignore our health at our own peril. I am pretty good about the treadmill and getting the the heart rate up but tend to ignore weight lifting , pushups, pullups lately.

So speaking of heart health I have a quick question for anyone! Can I put a Toyota Aristo 3.0 Twin Turbo engine with ecu into my 91’ 4Runner? I just did full EGR and pair hardline delete on my runner, along with plugs, wires, cold air intake, Fuel Maximizer Module ( 35 extra WHP) and new high flow fuel pump new relays just a bunch of stuff. Was fairly blown away with the throttle response and just overall power that I got! I’d suggest to anyone to do so, and clean out you plhemal too tha helped a bunch! But shortly after first fire up I heard the squire from the timing cover! Water pump dam! So I was gonna just break it down and get the heads redone maybe even bore out for whatever I could do to possible mount up a charger (pro) was my thoughts! But looking for stuff to do so on eBay a pretty blue straight 6 twin turbo children eater popped up and I just thought what the hell, now that would be rad! Even found a Nissan 2.0 turbo with manual trans for 3k! I’m open to thoughts! Please any info would be greatly appreciated! I already have a dodg with a brand new 650hp over 1000ft bulletproofed 17k dollar 5.9 Cummins so don’t really need to do this but if it is not a big deal to do it I am goin to!!

Yes, you can! I would go with a quad turbo with triple muffler to be honest.

I would rather everyone go out and walk 3 miles a day. Push-ups are great, but lets also prevent clots in your extremities. You can have a healthy heart, but an embolism can still shut her down mighty fast.

I do 100 push ups a day. Sometime not all at once. 20 here and there. As long as you do 100 a day you'll be good. I started doing this after I watched a 30 day challenge on youtube.

For me, i don’t have time for 3 miles walk. But i do push-ups at least once a week. Then the other days (usually every other), i do the 7-min workout by Johnson and Johnson...it’s an app on iOS and Android. On weekends, i play sports with my kids.

I need to do more physically. This doesn't seem hard to try.

Try 7 min workout app. I can see difference in me. Tone up my body without really requiring much going into it.

Basically, get out there and do something. Make it a habit. I make a daily goal of 25 sit ups and push ups. I do it in the morning. Gets me going better than a cup of coffee that will gives me jitters and a crash by noon.
