Good price on CORE instant tent at Costco $99 + tax

This tent gets good reviews on many sites and is about $55 off normal prices.
And you get Costco's fabulous return policy should something go wrong.

I'm hoping this is a good alternative to a RTT and thought I'd pass it along!
