2008 Highlander Headlight Upgrade

Evening ladies and gents.
So my lady is getting a 2008 Highlander this week. I was wondering if there was a way to install the 2011 Headlights and have them function properly. Going from a single bulb (2008) hi/low to a dual bulb (2011) reflector high and projector low. I cant seem to find any info across the google and there doesnt seem to be a harness for this particular project either. Didn't know if splicing into or creating a harness would work if the car is looking to flick on the one bulb and having to transfer that to a separate bulb.

I know this is kind of jumbled but i just wanted to ask the question to you knowledgeable folks

Thanks in advanced.
