Backcountry navigator Original VS XE (Offline Navigation Apps)

For those of you that have used both, do you find value in transitioning to the XE app and paying their subscription fees?

Additionally, any luck with importing all of the saved data from the origonal app?

For those new to Backcountry application. Here's a link BackCountry Navigator XE Keep in mind this is the new app

I've been a BCNav XE backer since the Kickstarter campaign. The first few iterations were plenty buggy, but the detail was pretty fantastic IMO.

The latest iOS version is pretty good overall, though I have NOT had much backcountry time the last 2 months (dammit!).
