Tonight's Pizza... "Stasera la Pizza"
Pizza is the perfect dish for breakfast lunch or dinner. The Romans knew what they were doing. I make pizza at least once a week for my family.
Pepperoni and mushroom
Hawaiian
Feel free to post your pizzas here...

1. Domenico's Long Beach, CA - ground pepperoni
2. Sgt. Pepperoni Newport Beach, CA - regular pepperoni
3. Little Tony's Las Vegas, NV - forgot which one
4. Tony's Little Italy Placentia, CA - veggie
Edit: I'm not sure why the images were flipped.

Some people say pineapple on pizza is blasphemy, I'm not one of them, I like it
Rich if you're ever in the central Jersey area there's a place in South Bound Brook called Joes Meat Market. 2 slices and a fountain drink for $5, not just plain slices either.

Yesterday's Pies
Made these for dinner last night.
The dough is made with a culture I grew on own. No industrial yeast here.
White with spinach and artichoke hearts
White with prosciutto

I normally make pies with a wild yeast culture I have had for years. I made these New York Street Slice pies with dry yeast and a standard "off the bag" NYC dough recipe. I made a pile of pies and tested out two different flours yesterday.

You guys shouldn’t post pictures of delicious pizza on here. It’s a 4Runner forum, after all. After looking at these, my plans to have salad for dinner are ruined. It’s all your fault - pics of 4Runners never ruined my dinner. Now because of you, I’m gonna have to have pizza before the end of the week. Thanks a bunch.
Seriously, these all look awesome! I’m sure there are other experts on here, let’s see them!

Thats my next big adventure. I wish I could find one in a decent location to buy other wise Ill have to build out my own.
The boxes come from a restaurant supply store. Its the best way to serve hot pizza and keep some for later.

I work night shift by Paramus and wouldn't mind making new friends and joining them for home made pizza and fried chicken
I had fruits and veggies for brunch earlier. Threw some frozen plantains from the dollar store (not bad actually) and chopped red onion in the frying pan while cooking burgers...couldn't grill due to the cold and rain LOL

We will probably invite a bunch of people for a soft opening when it all goes down.
The new H-Mart in Paramus has a food court that looks pretty good. You should check it out. A big bowl of Pork Ramen on a cold and rainy day makes your blues go away.

I'll have to try that.
And now I want ramen for dinner...although it's one of those instant varieties at least it's one of those "fancy" Japanese instant ramens

That's awesome that put your pizza in boxes. To me, I have always associated pizza with fun times. The pizza boxes totally adds to the experience of it.
