You're killin' me! Beautiful '55. Was havin' a shop guy I knew restore a '55 Studebaker President barn find I found, but he crapped out on me half way through the work and my cash ran short after divorce. So after it sat for a year, I donated it to a student auto shop at a community college near my hometown. After finishing and learning from it, they'll auction it off to support their program and I get a tax write-off for the donation. Such is life. Sure would liked to've seen that project through and cruised with it.

It is pretty fun. All original at this point, except that my dad and I did the body and paint 25 years ago. Even the original 8 miles per gallon!

There are bolt on brake upgrades etc that I would like to do, but life is a bit too busy at this point, so it just sits several months of the year in the shop.

Wife's car is a 2 liter Turbo Beetle convertible.
We put it away in the winter, it has never seen salt or snow.

Got a 2020 power wagon. I'm a very functional kinda guy. So it's on 35s until I get some real suspension. With the disconnecting sway bar she already shreds the inner fenders at full flex.

Also got a 07 triumph bonneville america. Sorta like a family heirloom now. No pics though. Sorry lol.

I also just got rid of my baby... 13 Mitsubishi Evo X. I poured my heart, soul, and finances into that car.

Fully built, and sleeved 2.1l. Forged everything in the bottom end, titanium everything in the head. Built transmission and transfer case. Garrett GTX3582 snail.

Was just above 500 hp to the wheels (mustang dyno) on 93. I think it was like 550 or so on E85.
