Tips for removing spray paint from tripod?

So my Manfrotto video tripod got blasted with spray paint during a video shoot.

Do you guys have any recommendations on removing it? Without damaging the plastic, and what appears to be powder-coated paint-covered metal parts, and a rubber grip.

That may be tough, and I know I won't be able to remove every trace of it... But I still want to get off as much as I can!

How did the camera do?

Paint thinner should take the paint off hard bits - not sure if the rubber parts will ever come clean.

Mineral spirits are relatively benign. It is what I would try first. Try it on the inside of one of the legs to see if it is a solvent for that type of paint.
